Bag sealer model PE 500 can seal bags of any width with a continuous movement, without interruption.
Bags can be made of low or high density polyethylene, high density polyethylene or cast polypropylene.
The operator inserts the edge of the bag into the side-entry guide plate: the bag is then automatically forwarded, sealed and expelled at the opposite side.  An optional table can help the movement of the heavier bags through the machine.
Seal is mm 3 wide. Sealing temperature is regulated as needed on the controlling unit and it is kept automatically at the chosen level by a thermo regulator with feeler.  The speed is fixed at 7,5 mt/minute.

> ACC 500 for multylayer and BOPP bags

Sealer model ACC 500 can seal bags of any width with a continuous, rotative movement, with no interruption. It can be used on bags made of BOPP, light multi-layer films,  plastic/paper for sterilization and any type of coextruded films. The operator must insert the edge of the bag into the side-entry guide plate: the bag is then automatically forwarded, sealed and expelled at the opposite side.

An optional table can help the movement of the heavier bags through the machine. Seal is mm 10 wide. Sealing temperature can be regulated asneeded on the controlling unit, and it is kept automatically at the chosen level bya thermoregulator with feeler. The speed is fixed at 6,5 mt/minute.
 The ACC 500 sealer can be placed on any table or support, straight, slanted or vertical, as it is more convenient for your work. The rotative movement is not affected by the machine's position.
