Bag sealer model ACC500 can seal bags of any width with a continuous, rotative movement, without interruption.
The operator must insert the edge of the bag into the side-entry guide plate: the bag is then automatically forwarded, sealed and expelled at the opposite side. An optional table can help the movement of the heavier bags through the machine.
The seal is mm 10 wide and the sealing temperature can be regulated as needed on the controlling unit and it is kept automatically at the chosen level by a thermo regulator with feeler. The speed is unalterable (6,5 mt/minute).
The ACC500 sealer can be used on OPP, light multi-layer films, some types of cellophane, plastic/paper bags used for sterilization and some type of coextruded films. It is not suitable for polyethylene bags.
